I planned to see San Francisco's sunset from Turtle Hill but turned out it was too foggy there and extremely cold. I barely saw anything. Rising to the peak of mr. Turtle wasn't an easy job. The steps were endless and the top was covered by sand, which did not go with my Christian Loubutin and Zara formula. I made it to the peak with my Loubutin mantled with sand, but as I expected, the fog hid the sun. The idea of glamking — glam-hiking — was a surreal idea at first, but to actually doing it was a suicidal idea (for my shoes that is). Lesson is learned!
